click the pen knife again a few times and theres 4 different ends that come out, knife, corkscrew(use on testube) and two other bottle opener/neg screw diver things.

With the key!

I've tried and it's not having it so it can fuck off

drag the key over to the latches they should flip open.then click the case im pretty sure

change it from the knife to the bottle opener with the minus screwdriver head and use it on the screws!

Just use one of the different ends of the penknife, then click on the screws.
