iv opened the safe, got a radio and an allen key/wench, iv moved the chair and got 4 screws now

i still dont have a clue what im supposed to do with the colour coded panels

I tried a couple of times, and nothing happened, so I backed all the way out of that part of the game, and on the third time...bingo! It made a little noise and opened.
