Not too bad now, Platty. Had the plaster off about 10 days now. Ankle is very stiff and ligaments are all sore. Just got exercises at the mo; will start jogging in a few weeks. Got no calf muscle left so need ot build it up....oh, and the break below my knee is still healing!!!
