download the photos to your hard drive

click browse button and point the browser to the piccie you want to upload from your hard drive

now where it says RESIZE: default on the website, click & set to 15" screen (800 x 600)

now click the big green upload button


wait for site to refresh and it will give you a list of links on the left side.

look for "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards", then copy the text in the box under

paste that text on to here and click submit
