Getting away with one??

After yesterday the world has pretty much spoken that it was a sending off for Milner.

It was an error or whatever you want to call it. It certainly wasn’t a 50/50 or even 80/20 decision that went against us.

So when was the last time we truly got away with one??
Literally against PSG in the week. Then Southampton before that. Bellingham last season against Dortmund.

The list goes on.

Some bottom of the barrell scraping here. Let's face it we get screwed over all the time and it's been going on for 10 years plus. Oliver's performance in the Chelsea gave me a glimmer of hope we had turned a corner but Senor Ballbag in the PSG game and the Hairy armed sh*thouse against the dippers tells me it was no such thing. Scrapers gonna scrape though.

Wrong question. Refs can make errors. On Sunday we had a series of decisions all favouring Liverpool....not isolated individual single errors.

Pep was right to lose it. If it was Klopp, Fergsuson or Mourinho they'd have all exploded.

How many times does this happen to City at Anfield? Why does the media never ever question this? Every fan outside of man Utd and Liverpool know that this is what you expect at Anfield and OT
We’ve done well to get a couple of penalties in the last few years at klanfield, not that it mattered , the pair of them spot kicks were shockingly executed.

City penalties shockingly executed?

common sense tells me that a stamp on someone's head would leave a trace.
If contact was made, as the usual city-haters insist, the "wound" would have been on everything from rolling news to Jakanory ffs.

Up to people to make their own mind up as to whether he meant it or not. Only Mario can answer that.

Just off the top of my head we have had some bad decisions go against us vs Liverpool

Pen in a league cup at Anfield against Richards for handball
Pen not given for handball against skirtel last min... might have been the 3-2 game in 2014
Champs league game at Anfield pretty sure we had a goal wrongly disallowed a pen not given and Liverpool scored an offside goal
Champs league game at home Sane wrongly disallowed goal for offside

Would have to go way back, nearly an entire week to find an example of city getting something favourable. Kdb should have been sent off in Paris.

I know we like to believe there's a worldwide conspiracy where teams who have historically despised one another all team up just to screw City but its pure fantasy.

We get plenty of dodgy decisions go our way they just don't stick in the mind because we want to forget them and don't feel a sense of injustice.

It's true what pep says about Anfield and old Trafford getting all the decisions but we also get decisions go for us against smaller teams there's just a food chain to it people just get angry because we're not at the top of it, Liverpool and united are and have been for 30 years.

As was mentioned above Bellingham against Dortmund last season. We got out of jail big time. Pep may not have got to over think in Porto had the ref not had a brain fart that night.
Yes you're right - I somehow airbrushed that out of my mind :) I think we would have won the tie anyway as we beat them fair and square in Dortmund. But it certainly would have been more complicated, no question.
