Nasa has a camera that can take clear photos of mars and beyond ? also, we have the best ultra 4 cameras on phones and CCTV that can spot you in a crowd of thousands, but when it comes to taking a picture of a Ghost its always VAR quality blurry fuzzy lines,

Hubble could get a clear picture of a ghost if it were 100,000 light years away

Years ago, my missus worked in a factory. A ghost was supposed to mess with one of the machines, and most staff could not get it to work. My missus could, but she would say something like 'Now, (name) stop messing about and let me get on with my work.'

The machine would then work perfectly.

Of course, one explanation could be that the machine responded to the human voice.
