Wonder if there will be some head loss in in here if in the next hour Guardiola says there'll be no more incoming transfers this window and Eddie will start Sunday?

In fairness, there's headloss for basically all news. Personally, none of our keeping situation makes much sense so whatever the end result is, will be greeted with the same reaction

Love your positivity mate!
Best way to be. Some of the comments I’ve read even just from the CL draw yesterday make me wonder what pleasure some people take from supporting us. Instantly onto certain players, certain opposition. Seems pointless to me but there you go. Nowt queer as folk.

In some ways, the Turkish window being open later works in our favour.

If this gets to deadline day, all we need is an agreement on a fee with Galatasaray, we can then complete the Donnarumma move, and Ederson can complete his in the coming days. Whereas if they wait and that agreement isn't reached on deadline day, the move is dead for them.

No chance we are going to complete Donnarumma before Ederson is gone, sign Donnarumma first and they will be pleading poverty and will want Ederson for free and to be seen as doing us a favour and taking him off our books.

Of course. That's why I said 'an agreement on a fee'.

Edit, although it was misspelt, corrected.

Not sure why some are wanting this so badly. Notwithstanding Ederson's possible desire to leave, Pep is not going to change his system on one man. Ederson leaves and we get Donnarumma, we get a keeper who is not good with his feet, in a system he won't like.
I highly doubt he’d come here not knowing what’s expected of him

I'd be happy to go with plan A... Eddie with Trafford learning behind him for a season but the chance to get hold of Donna is too good to miss so plan B for me.
Not for me, any one on ones or breakaway attacks on us most end up in the net.
I mean in all honesty he’s been a bit shit for 18 months but of course we don’t know if Donna is the one till we’ve seen him play a few games.
I’d sacrifice the playing out for a keeper that actually saves a large percentage.

Hes coming inst he.

The thing that makes me most confident is that he's basically burned all bridges with PSG and is available at a reasonable price yet no other club has even been remotely linked as far as I can see. Suggests it's City or City.

It does and deadline day deal as well.
