Just been told that Begovic for Stoke is not playing tonight in their League Cup game, Carlo Nash between the sticks.
Wouldn`t surprise me to see us line him up as a replacement for Given should he be on his way. It seems to be our policy of getting the replacement in first.

Communication has been one of his main problems as has been clearly evident with his poor command of his area when playing! That along with being stuck to his line for 90 minutes, poor distribution and not being able to catch.

We must give a change to Shay too. In preaseason matches Hart was owned and Given was the hero against America.

Given is a good goalkeeper but is massively overated he is 34 now and should leave for the benefit of his own career, Joe is a much better keeper and this has been proved in the last 2 games and when he was on loan at Birmingham, Shay was decent last season but I cant remember him making one world class save.Carlos91 said:LOL?????

Decent? Don't have much a memory now do ya. Amazing how little loyalty people have on here.
And if rumours are right he's not allowed leave, and Mancini's making it so that no one is willing to pay the money needed. Which I think is really bad form. Terrible form if true.
