His 1 on 1 shot stopping was amazing as his reaction saves...I love Joe Hart but if he was in goal I think we would have lost this game...
And everytime the ball was passed back and he was going to clear it I would think "Fuck no!! Here we go again" But 70% of the time it went straight to a city player...Great passing!

He played amazingly yesterday, can see him saving us a number of points over the rest of the season and he praises the back four for doing well which will bring morale up.

I was in the NS yesteday with the kids,right in line with that first save.
Very few keepers in the world would've saved that.
A match-winning performance.
We've not had a keeper with such a commanding presence and reflexes like that that since Schmiechel(senior).

i would have expected hart to have made 3 out of the four saves from alves...and the other one (the reaction save) hart would have probably saved too cos it was all about the positioning
yes given is a better keeper but i think people are being too harsh on hart who made some blinding saves last season to keep us in games

Up to yesterday I thought that getting Given was the wrong decision. But after seeing the way he interacts with the other players its brilliant and Hart can really learn from that.

given is a top class keeper lads! we are all gutted he left but after 12 years at the club the way its run these days i cant blame him! shay will always get a clap from me next time we play you, its a shame some mindless tossers will boo him. good luck shay and thanks

This is spot on. Given had a decent debut (not MOM for me) but none of the saves were world class and I'd have expected Hart to save them as well. IMO Hart was unlucky not to start yesterday. I feel he hasn't done anything wrong this season and Given should have had to earn the shirt.
