Glass ceiling cracking?

Bournemouth have invested millions on a new training facility which opens in January, and plans to build a new stadium similar to Brentford’s after getting a new (American) owner. Meanwhile, look at the table, they are all capable of competing for the Europa League, but not the Champions League. As for local support, the Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch conurbation has almost half a million residents, and several towns and villages within a short drive. So there is plenty of potential support. When I moved here twenty odd years ago they were in Division 2 and nearly went out of existence. There is huge demand for season tickets and the only way non-regulars can get tickets are hospitality packages, costing a fortune. The hospitality consists of as many indigestible burgers, hot dogs or Haribos as you can eat, and one alcoholic drink in a plastic disposable mug in a freezing cold tent. I am not a Bournemouth fan by any stretch, but it helps the local economy for a club to be in the Premier League.

Are we seeing a changing of the guard with Bournemouth, Brighton and perhaps Brentford looking upwards?
This table illustrates why not, although they may have a spell, it is unsustainable as the clubs with the biggest income are likely to take their best players
