Glastonbury 2022 (Billie Eilish, Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar headlining)

Some of that line up will potentially be on at the night time areas, Bicep & Nightmares on Wax to name 2. Believe it or not they do have DJ's and bands on at nightime who are on the line-up.
You don't need to be sarcastic. My point is that you were saying that people can go all weekend without seeing a band but still have a great experience and I don't disagree with that. The thread though, is specifically about the line up.

I'd dearly love to go but never motivate myself to do it and regret my laziness every year when it roles around.

Despite the fact I'd love to go, I look at that line up and find it a bit underwhelming. I'd still find a dozen acts at least to watch though.

Paul fuckin' McCartney.
Seriously ?
Mull of fuckin' Kintyre
The Frog Chorus

Diana Ross !!!!

I hope their zimmer frames don't get stuck in the mud.
Yes, cos those are the two songs he's synonymous with....a bit like how people associate Roger Federer with that time he got knocked out of the Houston Open in the QF's by that bloke, wassisname....

That notwithstanding, I actually agree, but for different reasons. His voice has gone.....

Those headliners are names you'd typically associate with being on the third tier of lists. Nothing against them here but It's like city putting a team out in a pre-season friendly and Ake and Steffen were the biggest names in the side.

Appreciate they're keen to have a female headliner but Billie Eilish is not close to being at that level.

Kendrick is a good choice (far more suited than Stormzy was) and Paul McCartney needs no justification.

Foals should have been givent the headline ahead of Billie Eilish, but it will still be good.
