To be fair, I wouldn’t call most of the acts they get in the Sunday legends slot as “washed up”.

If anyone wants to go to Glastonbury for free then put your name down for volunteering. A mate did it this year stewarding. Saw loads of bands in his free time.

He's playing a couple of shows here in January, it's ridiculously expensive but I was willing to go as I'd only be buying one ticket, partner isn't interested at all. Watched some of his show at Dodgers stadium and his voice is fucked, can't imagine it would be any better in another 7 or so months of solid shows.

Elton does have a massive back catalogue of sing alongs though, Sunday go home slot in theory sounds perfect. It's not like he's the only act on at that time.

Glastonbury is fucking brilliant, my favourite place on the planet. There is nowhere else like it. No ones who the headliners are. I very rarely watch them anyway.
Added bonus, I live 15 minutes away from it. No more do I have to suffer that trip back, up the M5 and M6, on the Monday.
