I do know exactly what you mean, it has changed since it started, however the commercial (and the high end glamping etc) pay for the rest of the festival and have allowed them to keep the costs of normal tickets down. It is a shame but it's just one of them. They had a choice to either increase the capacity, increase the cost or introduce more branding. They went with the latter which on balance is what I'd prefer. I know we'll have a cracking time though. Got a 13 year old and it's pretty much her favourite thing in the world.
As for Glastonbury, looking forward to a weekend of Guinness and music on the iplayer.
