Its Foo Fighters, or at least Grohl. Grohl has been pictured on site.

Some are saying it's Grohl and friends, like he's having other musicians coming on to do tunes. Not sure if that's the case or not. I know when they did that tribute concert for the drummer they had a lot of different musicians on like the guy from The Darkness doing some vocals and things like that, so maybe it could be some of the same musicians that appeared on that, if it's not just a Foo Fighters set.
 
Saw the foo fighters at the Ethiad a few years ago, they are ok but not my bag, lots of screaming, maybe I’m just getting old, Grohl seems a decent bloke though engages with the crowd a lot.

Murder Capital are brilliant, Gigi’s Recovery is a hell of a good listen.
