Glastonbury 2023

Great songwriter and a half decent voice but he is troubled and I genuinely don’t ever see him performing live again after yesterday.

He should try and record for his fans but I’d say even that might be too much for the lad.
Hes not a great songwriter, he is just a songwriter for his audience. Its shite really. Not knocking the kid for it like, hes good at what he does, but he is miles away from real music

Muslims don’t do music, do they?!

Yea For The Tillerman is a brilliant record.

some of historys works of art, music and literature came out of islamic golden age, yeah some of the modern stricter countries prohibit instrument and music unless for folk traditions or prayer, but in secular and moderare islamic cultures music isn't banned

App they always wanted fleetwood Mac but the budget was never enough but tbh I saw them the other year and wasn’t impressed

I believe that in 2022 the Eagles wanted significantly more than Glastonbury would ever pay.

Fleetwood Mac without Christine Perfect probably won't ever happen.

Fleetwood Mac without Lindsey Buckingham wouldn't be worth crossing the road for.

Depeche Mode would be perfect.

Just rewatching the Lizzo set on iplayer.

I still honestly think that her set would have been a more entertaining headliner than GnR or Arctic Monkeys.
Watching shower mold would have been better than the Monkeys. GnR was passable in a blast from the past entertaining way.

It is impossible to fat shame Lizzo, her whole act and many songs are about how she is happy in her body and no **** is gonna tell her she is not normal or a beautiful person
Well sort of, but if someone spent every waking moment talking about how something doesn't bother them, say a rival football club just won a treble for example, you might start to think they were secretly a bit obsessed.

Nah just kidding, I agree with you.

I find the flute thing weird though. Kinda like when Myleene Klass had to make sure everyone knew she was a classically-trained pianist in a kind of 'Look, I'm a serious musician, honestly' way.

I wonder if she plays it at parties with her enormous minge?
