Chocolates, new City polo shirt, deodorant (trying to tell me something!), new Neil Diamond CD, and a Bentley wallet.

Best was a credit size copper plaque saying:

"Our Dad. Our Hero. Our World.
The greatest gift we've had was to be adopted by you and Mum.
Love isn't just true in Fairytales!
Thanks for always being there.
Love Suzii and Gemma xXx"

What makes it more poignant is that, on the plinth of my wife's grave is the inscription "I thought love was only true in fairy tales", the first line of a famous Monkees/Neil Diamond song.

Cried when I read it, and in tears as I'm typing this.

That's a really lovely present from them I'd be crying too if I got one of those, they must love you
lots..

Usual crap from the usual suspects, and Pink Floyd's new CD from our kid. I've been a fan all my life but I'm a bit scared to listen - Haven't really enjoyed anything since Roger Waters left.

I got myself a PS4 with Driveclub. If Silva & Aguero had a baby it would be Driveclub.

I notice I've also got a wardrobe full of clothes which are a bit too small.

Oh and a learner driver knocked me off my bike. Me & bike landed on a grass verge so no damage to either - Christmas miracle.

Does the model have 3 tall cranes next to it and is the roof at one end a bit of a shambles?

Tears of joy I hope. Thanks for sharing such a personal but heart-warming story. Some things really are utterly priceless.
