Not read much of the discussion, have you? I must have said twenty times I'm extatic with the result and we're just discussing a certain thing. Nobody is complaining - well apart from the ones moaning at us who are having a proper discussion - so what's up with just having a chat about stuff?

No but Arsenal fell to pieces. Spurs didn't. Our's was actually the more impressive performance and result considering the opposition IMHO.


FFS we beat Tottenham 5-1 at the Lane and it's still not good enough???

Take your fan head off for a minute and think about if Joe Hart, Vincent Kompany or Roberto Mancini thinks it's good enough that we conceded that goal. I'll bet you they'd say it's nit good enough! Now put your fan head back on and be extatic about the result!

See, if the discussion was about us taking our foot off at the gas, then we could have something going.

But what the OP was going on about was that we should have scored more when the game was 4-1 because the scum put away 8 goals later that afternoon.

Basically, this was a sensible suggestion (i.e. we should be more ruthless) blown way out of proportion by knee-jerk fans who are threatened by what the scum did to the Arsenal reserves at the swamp.

The game was more than won, for those of us in attendance it were worth every friggin penny to see such a composed City team actually take some time out evaluate situation without riskin any un-needed injury ! ...as oposed to start of last term same place and all the needin to 'gell' shite spouted.

The whole match was class, wot more could they of done for us in all honesty ?

I'd love for Mancini to do this to the press box at the wigan game.

I have just had a mass play through in my head.

The blues play with comfortable versatility testing the open play aginst Wigan. 15 Minutes have gone by before Silva, Nasri and Dzeko look solemnly to their lord Mancini. His eyes nonchalantly roll backwards and forwards across the City fans before bringing his thumb down.

Sorry lads can't believe some of the shit I'm reading, we win 5-1 at Spurs and are being questioned on commitment to attack and improving goal difference, some people haven't got a clue, top class performance against a good side, what the rags do at this stage of the season is of no concern to me, Bobby got it right get the goals to win the game then defend to ensure 3 points, ffs I would have taken a 1-0 win there before the game.
