I'll throw my hat in the ring...

I use other people who have a bagload of points that can't go to certain games to get tickets rather than risk letting the criteria run and tickets sell out. I think it is an offshoot of one of the negative points of the points system. But I think it is the best answer for the moment. I wasn't in the position to build up points over the past few years (those who know me will understand) but still want to go to support my team. We are not talking about the big four aways here (Never been Anfield, Swamp, or Stamford Bridge...Emirates first time last season), I tend to go local and up north aways.

I fully respect I will most likely forfeit a big European night in the future, and I am bumping people's points up...but it the best solution and works for me at the moment. Got tired of running about for tickets last season before kick off to save a tenner here, a tenner there. Would just rather have the ticket in my hand and then plan.

I think the bigger bone of contention lies with OSC's getting tickets and supplying them to people with 2 points or to women for a hand job. I'd be PISSED OFF if I had say 4500 and couldn't get one for Blackpool, then hear about Hand Job Holly bagging a golden tower ticket.

Squirts,most of my point when i set out typing the reply, was that sometimes i have had tkts from City51s mates and have gone through the t,style with the man in question, so when he advertises a tkt it's not always directly from him and he goes to plenny of away games as i've seen him plenny of times. Live and let live i say. :)

Wrong and childish 36 and not from Tameside.And you can shut it de niro you are always on here saying people can use your season card to keep your points up.

calm down sweetheart, i know what corky was getting at, you obviously did'nt so firstly dont you come on telling me to shut it when you know fuck all. next i dont need the points, i have plenty, i can get to any game and will do for all time. i do remember though when that was'nt always the case, before you got anywhere near bluemoon there was a guy called steve king(legend) who would get me tickets, i was eternally grateful and promised myself that if i can ever help a blue get to a game i would. the reason i offer and people take my tickets is because like steve i can be trusted, the ticket is right and i wont let them down.with what has goneon at times i think its good that a reliable poster offers his tickets out.i do admit that due to the many requests i get for tickets some are pre sold this only occurs when either my wife or daughter can't make the games, they come with me whenever they can, hence the many many points they have already on thier cards.

i see nothing wrong with what i am and i am certainly not going to stop if blues ask me for tickets.

now, whats your story?

FYI i am all for moving tickets on, yours included, this topic has been discussed by the mods for some time and my input to that was that by the fact a poster had tickets spare on day one means he has plenty of points and does'nt need to offload them to gain extra points.
the point you missed on corky is that it was a throw away line, a giggle, you then jump all over me and him, as i said, calm down.

i think we are in for a rough ride with tickets, at the end of the day we can't change the system, we could reduce supporters clubs allocations but if they have points on the cards there is no way round it.
