a shrek hamstring tear on monday night and all will be well in your world again :)

Is it wrong to dream of a shrek career-ender instead? I don't want it terminal, but quite a bit more than a hammie.

This isn't just about this season its about the future of the club, I read somewhere the other day that every club who has won the premiership finished 2nd the season before they won it. Also remember the semi final carling cup defeat to the rags that hurt but the next season we came back stronger and won the F.A cup so even if we dont win the league this year it is just a learning curve and we will sure as hell come back stronger, eager and more experienced to win the title next year. one things for sure the future is definatley sky blue!!!!
I've just seen City fight back from going a goal down in two successive games. Most blues will be proud of the team. maybe a little disappointed, but there are plenty of points to play for, and after two difficult games it's in our hands. Now we have a home game to come, and the Captain is closing on a return

Spot on with this post...........

Fuckin hell. I was at notts county when we ripped the fence down and billy mcneil came on to calm it down. At maine road when big joe broke his collarbone against watford and bobby mac went in net. There when quinny went in net and saved a dean saunders pen against derby. Jim melrose scoring from near the halfway line at maine road. If It makes you feel better then yes I'm a red. Knob !

Exactly my point mate we can still win the league and we should be taking positives from are results. I mean fair enought its frustrating and upsetting when we don't do aswell as expected but thats all part of being a city fan if people want to moan after every dropped point or everytime the team doesn't play as well as they can then maybe they should consider being a rag.

Why on earth would you throw your cards in then at this stage?!??

It's the run-in for the title so stop posting such defeatist rubbish when there's no need for it

City did not roll over and die at Stoke, so why should we? All to play for. Yes, Utd are favourites now, but we can win it. And we aren't going away

Agreed. We are top of the league and the glory supporters are now showing their true colours.
Been going since 1977. I was at the 81 final, the luton relegation and following ups and downs. All vent your anger at me if it makes you feel better when really I've just posted what the majority of you are thinking. Delude yourselves all you want. The red bastards won't let it slip now. Call me gutless if you want. I've just watched 95 mins of gutless .

Sorry folks but he's right - it's been a nice ride but one we all really knew would end eventually. Would rather toss it off now than the last game of the season, I couldn't bare the smug arrogant rags running my nose in it again at that late stage.

Scuse me...happy clappers? perhaps we are just fans with faith
You happy clappers need to start preparing yourselves for the worst. Well said op

i wouldnt go as far as gutless, but agree the cnuts will hammer home their advantage by rolling over fulham imo the derby is the only match i can see them dropping points...
We can go top next week, and that will put them under pressure when they go away.

Maybe they will keep winning week after week, but you should be proud of City. There have been a handful of poor displays this season. This was not great football, but we dug something out in difficult circumstances
im well proud of city, and regardless of what happens...

Agreed....but thought we were already top!!
