I don't condone what the cowardly peaky blinders capped scrote did, he did it to big himself up to a few knobheads of the same mentality. Not all BCFC fans are nutters, I have a couple of ex Zulu mates who are reformed characters due to growing up. I doubt they will be impressed that their club is in the spotlight for the wrong reasons.

This incident is no worse than the infamous cantona kung fu kick of 95 at Palace IMO. A top professional players losing his cool is probably worse as he was a paid professional to represent his club and set a good example to young fans which ****ona definitely did not.

As for the Idiot yesterday, It was good to see that the fast acting steward and players quickly quelled what was a potential powder keg situation, and fitting that Grealish scored the winning goal. He deserves a lifetime ban but I'd rather see him some worthwhile community service every BCFC game for say 5 years or so dished out by AVFC. Doing some meaningful labour of gardening and painting and decorating for Villa supporting OAPs may just see the error of his idiotic ways. Jailing him would be the easy thing to do but our jail's are already full.

There are a lot of nutters in the world today. The danger is the next nutter will have a knife. It shouldn't happen, it shouldn't even be a consideration, but that's the world we're living in.

This bloke was a cowardly wanker, hitting a player from behind, and he probably isn't much of a danger to anyone. But that isn't the point - this should be a wake-up call. You only have to think how the media built up the mindless hatred against one of ours (Sterling if anyone is in doubt) to dread what could potentially happen.

Yeah, given that the Villa fans now have his name and address he's probably been placed on remand for his own safety and quite happy about it.
