I saw him play in a friendly at Bury. We won 4-3. Vuoso was anonymous. How do you know how bad he was if he didn't play?
He did pretty well in Mexico for a few years after.

I've literally just named one 30 minutes agoPeople that talk up grealish's role in the treble would struggle to name a single game he was the standout difference maker in. He had a very good 8-10 weeks after January. It wasnt the entire season or even 6 months as if often claimed. His form nose dived at the very end when it really mattered, anonymous in the finals, didn't he himself admit he was shit in a post match interview?
Look on the opposite wing, Mahrez was much more pivotal in that treble, actually winning us key games yet doesn't get a tenth of the credit. Grealish will always be a treble winner and every single one of them that are will go down in history but he was a cog in that side not one of the key components some like to suggest.

Agree mate. I completely understand why lots don’t rate him as he’s not a traditional winger, but having him & Rodri playing as metronomes was mesmerising imoIfs and buts, but Jack’s role was to help stop us losing, something he and Rodri did fantastically together
Pep wanted control, he got it
This season we’ve rarely had it
That depends who's expectations you're taking about doesn't it?You're right he was a treble winner, but the credit in his bank for being a part in that season soon dissipated. Too many blues make that excuse about Grealish, they talk as if we wouldn't have won the treble without him. That's debatable but on the whole he's not lived up to expectations.
They've got Gordon and Harvey Barnes already.I heard he was off to Newcastle.
