I had major reservations about Jo's ability and attitude before he went on loan and TBH, he has done beter than I expected at Everton. BUT, I don't think he has yet entirely convinced there either. For Everton, he's a bit like Mpenza was for us. He's come in and started scoring goals, but you still have to wonder whether he is long term Premiership standard.

I hope he does well, but time will tell.

I don't think he will be coming back to City anyway, how ever he turns out.

well it just proved to show that Hughes lacks the ability to bring out the best in his players. Ireland already had long EPL experience and took it on himself during last summer to make himself a better player - not because of Hughes. SWP was always quality. Some may say at Chelsea he didn't perform well...but he was good enough to still make the English team wasn't he?

can someone tell me when they seen jo play well in a city shirt, show desire to get the ball, show strength on the ball and show that he was a clss act ....... he didnt therefore he got sent on loan big fucking deal he is playing well for another team i am sorry but he was a cnut for saying he was sick and going on the lash
