Choosing to take the question seriously, though, I noticed the absence of Bergman in these lists. I've got several of his films and have seen others in the cinema, but I admit I have difficulty getting on with him.
I adore the first two movies; not sure they quite count as great movies in the way their two preceding movies do.The Fog, Escape from New York and The Thing in three successive years was such a high quality run.
