Greatest premier league team

Maybe teams would beat us head to head in a one off match but in terms of league performances we’re obviously the best because we’ll have got more points than anyone else has ever managed. We’d beat any premier league team over the course of a season so yes this city side is the best ever.
 
they will be talking about this team in 50 years and we are living the dream being right here right now so the standard will be set this season and the bar moved up a notch and when looking back just about unbreakable
 
There have been many great Premier league sides and everyone will have their own view on which is the best ever, I prefer to think of us as the most dominant team in PL history as this is not open to any interpretations just facts.
 
We look even stronger now than at the beginning of the season ! We will be even better next year with a bit of fine tuning from pep :) ctid

Chelsea’s team that got 95 points or scored 103 goals both times winning the league and Liverpool’s team hat got 68 points in 1979 (would be 98 points with three points for a win) are all more impressive than going a season unbeaten. But the first word that leaves someone’s mouth when this question comes up is “Invincibles” (Preston/Arsenal).

Even and Aston Villa scoring 128 goals in 1931 is up there (but they didn’t win the league).

But if we can get a ‘tag’ like “Centurions” it’ll go down in history and be talked of forever.
