Greetings From An Everton Fan

I've never particularly harboured any ill feeling towards Everton. I was a bit taken aback by the amount of bitterness and lack of respect shown to us by your fans after we beat you.
The sort of jealous bile that came our way is usually only dished out by rags and County fans.
I can only surmise that the dent to your ego we delivered, made you realise that this time next year we will be looking down on you in the table.

If you continue to pressurize managers with less than a full season under their belts and expect to sign huge players like eto'o and for them to work wonders, you won't be looking down on us, you'll be looking up. If you don't change your transfer policy and tolerence you'll slowly end up like Newcastle. By the way, getting rid of Sven was a big mistake.

Yea, because Robinho has been flop of the season, it was in the sun it must be true.

Bold bit I agree with 100%, underlined bit I found hilarious. Sven was too lax and could you say you would have tolerated the huge decline in the second half of last season? Definitely not.

Probably not, but i still think 1 year wasn't enough and he could have been good for you.

2 goals in 4 months for a £32m is pitiful, no matter how you attempt to justify it.

You're right, 3 in 3. 15 in the premier league in his first season, 3rd top scorer, flop of the season surely. Where does that leave your whole squad? None of them have got close to that tally.

There is only one club and one set of fans I hate the rest I can take with a pnch of salt, banter and rivalry. For me i would want any club to break the monopoly of the top four, all fans have their idiots and we are no exception. A lot of other teams and fans though do despise our financial situation and I have to admit given the bad press we have had it has almost seemed like a siege mentality against all other fans and teams. And I agree Robinho has been slated in the press, accused of a serious crime which got dropped and takes a hell of a battering from defenders (sometimes understandably because of his skill) with no protection from the ref. But that is my opinion others may disagree but that is the purpose of messageboards. No problem with your lot winning FA cup, Chelsea winning European cup and I am afraid rather see your nearest and dearest win the league rather than that red plague from Stretford. Oh and if you can make sure your lot beat Fulham West Ham and Tottenham that would be a bonus.

How many has he scored this season? All strikers(left winger) go through bad patches, he's had a cracking first season. And the stuff you just said about Sven and Newcastle has just siphoned the little bit of respect i had for your posts. Utter shite. Stick to your American/canadian games because you know fuck all about football.
