Greetings From An Everton Fan

The guys that came on here from Toffee Talk in Jan to comment on Jo seemed intelligent and saw past the media bull that you seem to have fallen for....claiming that we're throwing money at problems, thinking Sven was the right man for an indisciplined squad and saying that the club are pressurizing the manager suggests to me that you have fallen for the media drivle that surrounds MCFC.
Do you have anything constructive and interesting to add? Maybe telling us how you would like to keep Jo as the lad seems to be doing well and needs a settled team to adjust in to....???

If the price was right (£5-8 mil) or city were open to another loan i'd hapily have him here as i think he seems at home here and moyes could work wonders with the lad. But if the price was over £8 mil i'd rather see our budget concentrated on areas that need improvement like a right winger.

Go onto a rag board and ask them how many goals Berbatov and Tevez(both £30m players) have scored this season, and as Forevercity says ask yourself how many seasons they have been in the PL.

How many goals did Ronaldo score in his first season in the Premier League?

Again to be fair, he was a lot younger and hadn't even been playing professional football that long.

Yet went into a team full of world class players. So, because Robinho is 24 it means he should come here and score 10 goals every game? He hardly even played for Real. He's gone into a team yet to gel and half full of local lads from the academy, i really can't see where you're coming from, are you trying to say he wouldn't get into your team?

firstly
robinho DOES NOT make a habit of diving and cheating like Ronaldo?
you are clearly clueless

secondly
your scouse, how can u afford the computer you are using? or did u steel it in manc somewhere

Wow, how stupid are you? I'm actually from Toronto (or do you know where that is?)

guess this is the kind of city fans who treated you bad? haha some people. any way robinho does not go down easy. he is not strong and goes down, he does not argue or roll around on the floor, i hope you guys win your next 3 games though we realy need to join you in europe so we can start domination

Ronaldo £19m
robinho £32m

a third?
add in the acceleration in transfer fees and their not too far apart

Fair enough i was wrong, i thought ronaldo only cost about £12mill for some reason.

2 goals in 4 months for a £32m is pitiful, no matter how you attempt to justify it.

or you can look at it as 15 for the season......if you want pitiful go over to the rag half of manchester and ask them how 30m berbatov is getting on......!

or Jo, he cost 19m and wasnt good enough for us, so how many has he got for you guys? 5?

5 goals in 4months for 19m is pitiful from a striker.

Robinho has had a dip in form as any player does in their first season, plus we dont have the most consistant of squads just yet, not like Torres' first season where he joined an eshtablished team.....so maybe 3rd top scorer and 2nd in the opta stats for a striker (even though hes a winger) isnt good enough for a first season eh?!

He would but I wouldn't want him (not because he isn't good enough). Bringing a player (and ego) as big as Robinho to a team like yours at such an early stage of your development was a mistake, it could seriously unbalance the team. Hopefully you have learned your lesson and bring in more players like Kompany and De Jong who are quality players but not as big as the likes of Robinho.

Cristiano Ronaldo:
games goals
2003-04: 40 6
2004-05: 50 9
2005-06: 47 12
2006-07: 53 23
2007-08: 49 42
2008-09: 47 23

Robinho has played 39 games this season and scored 15 goals so far.It took Ronaldo over 3 seasons in England playing with a more settled stronger team to achieve what Robinho has.Ronaldo hasnt had a rape allegation hanging over his head either.
If you stick around this site and come back this time next season then we can again see how Robinho has done.I guarentee he will be on fire.

Something i'd like to add although i acknowledge it's only a minority. I visited your place earlier this season and some of your lot in the corner near us behaved disgustingly, they give your club a bad name.

Hello,
Please can you expand on this. From where I was sitting all I could see was Everton fans fighting amongst themselves, what looked like a 14 year old child being held back by two stewards and bottles being thrown at us. Also witnessed Evertonians causing chaos outside and pissing off the mounted police. I am not stupid and I know every club has their minority of dickhead supporters but I left that game in disgust.
One more thing.....I wouldn't take chants too seriously mate ;)
