I honestly hate her.

Agreed, i really despise her. The government can't say 'maybe this maybe that' they have to be sure. If they started spouting figures prematurely resulting in more grief suffered they would get it in the neck then also.

Emotions are high but before you do anything let your head clear. Mrs May was probably told by security the situation was bad and they could not guarantee her safety if she went around that area. Her being there would probably piss them off more being what i understand to be a labour area.

Either way i feel the political point scoring is very unbecoming of a modern society.

Sounds like part of the frustration of the protestors is the lack of info on the number of ppl in the tower.

I can't begin to understand what they are going through but what do they realistically expect?

30 deaths have been confirmed with 24(I think) receiving hospital treatment. The unfortunate reality is, the authorities probably don't know how many have died, I imagine there are floors and rooms yet to be searched

As someone else posed, the government/council need to be sure before they releasing numbers of dead/injured

The fire service have been working around the clock and are searching every flat once they are made safe,they are only half way up the building so far,it cannot be rushed no matter how many people shout conspiracy

Loved ones of those know they have perished unfortunately so they know the total.

I suspect the final total will be higher.

Totally agree. The ones trying to kick glass doors in are doing the rest no favours whatsoever. I understand their frustration, Christ I'm frustrated for them, can't believe they're still in a hall, but it needed to be a peaceful but forceful demonstration, a sit in or similar. Kicking off just turns people against them.

Not sure how anybody in the top 4 floors could have survived if told to stay inside their room and did so.

Only those that made a rush for it had any slim chance.
