Kleftiko cooked in its tradition clay oven dome every day for me. As soon as you mention a conventional cooker then it's lost it's flavour and stifado works better. Both nice and yummy though...

Love them both, but I'm voting Mousaka, just love the thick bechamel sauce. Do it here with oregeno and grated halloumi between layers, excellent.

Love both, but you can't beat a good Stifado.
