One of the most interesting bits was that ex players indicated Pep doesn't coach goalscorers on how to score goals and that this part of the game is down to individuals instincts in front of goal. In effect he'll put out a formation and set of tactics for a game based on the opponents to put the goalscorer in the right position to score goals then its up to them to do the business.
Eloquently simple really meaning you must take your chances to win games.
