Guidetti Loan Watch

Some intresting comments from Guidetti.

- Yes, i was sick. I got something, i woke up Thursday and had some thing in my stomach. So i haven't trained since Thursday. But anyways, i followed the team here.

- There has been two games and we haven't scored a goal. What is the worst thing that can happen, that i do not score? Well see what happens next game, otherwise we might have a problem.

- I dont know what what he is thinking (Mark Hughes), if it was my stomach or that i haven't been training. I can understand that.

- I got alot of positive feedback after the last game. It felt good. Ten minutes against Crystal Palace and alot of people thought i did good. So you might think that i would get a chance again. If we had scored alot of goals i would have understood. I know i have been ill, but you cant risk the game in the last ten minutes, it was just a cupgame. It dosn't really matter if we let one goal in. Im not happy, i dont understand.

Didn't realise Guidetti had this kind of attitude until he went to Stoke, interesting.

Not sure where those quotes are from.... but if remotely true.... Guidetti seems as misguided about how football works...as Bendtner at Arsenal.
Confidence is one thing... but arrogance another.
Quite how a young footballer on loan...with very little recent football...who admits he hasn't been fit for training...is criticising his current manager / employers within days of joining them ..???

Always has, sure he was pretty vocal about us when it looked like he was going twente.
Though I don't think it's wise to come out publicly as he has I think he's spot on with his assessment.

The comments are translated from an interview he did with swedish television directly after the game. Quite big words from someone who has played ten minutes in the PL.

I'm Norwegian and I've found the direct quotes. The translation to English is pretty spot on tbh.

Can understand his frustration, but not sure wearing his heart on his sleeve so publicly will help him out in this instance.
