Looking at learning the guitar. Acoustic doesnt interest me and want to learn Electric at the moment.

Looking for a starter pack, guitar amp etc to get me on my way. Doesnt have to be anything fancy, just good enough to learn on and have some sort of shelf life before I need to upgrade it.

Seen this on ebay, can the guitarists advise if its a decent deal for the money?

My only advice would be to learn on the acoustic mate. In the long run it's far better to learn on the acoustic if a little tougher.

I thought someone would say that.

The majority of music I listen to is played with an electric guitar, so I was trying to learn that first to give me the basics and get me interested, rather than acoustic which annoys me (ive tried to learn it a few times). I dont have much patience, and got so annoyed with that stupid vibrating string sound every time I played the simplest of notes. So much so I started playing Piano.

looking at the items (tuner, lead, strap) amp to. seems like a good deal to me. washburn are more than adequate for a beginner. go for it mate.

Cheers aphex.

You live in Oldham dont you? Im sure its you my sister said saw us in Legends in Lees.

Noticed you're in a band, do you do tutoring?

If none of the above applies, ive clearly got the wrong person lol.

Fair enough.

I'm with Aphex, that's a decent starter kit definitely.
