Clubs can foul us almost at will to disrupt and or injure players and we cant do the same for fear of yellow and red cards.

Well, obviously this isn't the first case and not going to be the last. Disaster is with our style of play getting better on matches to come opponents will have no clues to stop us but more violent approaches.annoyingly while club management should do EVRYTHING possible to guarantee our players safety I don't say much action. I did a little exercise the other week and posted here after the first round of 3 PL games. We were 2nd from bottom in the cards table (most) as we were getting carded once every 3 fouls where other teams were 5-10 and Utd every 11 fouls on average.
Last night again 4 yellows in 12 fouls to keep that tradition going with other teams having free reign to kick us off the park. Look at Bournemouth, hardly a foul or booking all season yet against us they turned into a team of thugs and picked up more cautions than every other game combined and they got off with so so much also. Teams know they have permission without reproach to kick lumps out of us

Jones was the ref against Soton away a couple of years ago when we had a stonewall pen for a foul on Aguero and he booked Kun for diving.

Ilkay was running the show before the injury, he is a class act and I just hope it is not serious

I understand the complaints about lack of bookings for them (and a red), but 2 of ours were bourne out of frustration, and I'm afraid they need to rise above that, and not get silly cards, so we shouldn't complain about that. Delph was unlucky, by all accounts it looks a foul until you see the replays, the referee only gets one look.

Jones is a terrible referee, of that there is little doubt, but we shouldn't give him (or any of the other incompetent twats), the opportunity to give us free yellow cards, when we know they are looking to dish them out every game.

Sane was really fucking stupid for his yellow. I know he was frustrated that JFE bought the foul, but kicking the ball away is asking for a yellow

As for Sterling I've never seen him lose the plot as he did and he was right to do so. It was six of one half a dozen of the other and purely because Sterling came away with the ball, that incompetent twat blows against Sterling even though by this time he been judo thrown to the floor by his neck
