This is so cruel. Back playing, set for his first 90 mins, stretching his legs and looking class in everything he was doing....then scythed down by a mad man who knew he couldn't catch him. Now we have to hold our breath and see what the prognosis is.

True. This is exactly what the referee wants us to do. They really can't get the yellow card out of their pockets quick enough.
