Gym Reccomendations?

Some wanker filling in a sheet of paper,another to say here's a rowing machine...you sit on it and row. And a plastic card. A bargain.

Use google, you can usually find a code which waives the fee if you sign up online.

Plus if you sign up online you don't need to do the stupid introductions
