Babelfish say's No...lol

PMSL!!

Re: Caicedo offers

Let him have a season on loan at one of the newly promoted clubs or lower end PL clubs and lets see how he perfoms its a win win situation for us. Better for him that he gets a game rather than be at best warming up the bench.

I'm going to make a prediction. If he goes to West Ham United then he will be more successful than Craig Bellamy will be here next season.

True, caicedo and jo should be kept all others should go.

Ek is jammer, ek verstaan jou nie! Kan jy Engels praat asseblief. Baie Dankie!

Re: Caicedo offers

If we can get our money back I would sell personally as I don't think he will make it in the premier league by virtue of the fact he is too slow mentally to react to situations (thick basically!) If i'm not wrong we paid 5 mill for him (well done sven) and I can't see us getting all that back, if thats the case then perhaps a loan deal might be worthwhile because if he does score a few we might get more cash but honestly if we want to be top four he isn't good enough IMO

Re: Hammers and Sporting chasing Big Phil ....

Well I'm big enough to admit where I'm wrong and there certainly seems to be a lot of support for this young lad on here. I have to say that personally I haven't seen enough in his play this season to suggest he may turn into something special, but I may well be wrong. I certainly like the guy's attitude and work ethic. So I have to concur with the views of the majority on here and say give him another year or two, possibly a loan out if he's willing to accept that. I'm a patient man ;)

Re: Hammers and Sporting chasing Big Phil ....

Is he good enough now for a team challenging the top four? Undoubtedly No
Is he going to get get good enough for a team challenging the top four? Very probably not, in my opinion.

Is having him around unhappy on a good contract taking reserve team positions our Academy lads could be fighting for a good thing? Not in my opinion either.

Therefore, thanks for the effort and the goals, big man, hope you have a good career. But we're moving on.

Re: Hammers and Sporting chasing Big Phil ....

I think big phil is great, next to a speedy striker he could do well.

I think we should sell, he scores jammy goals nothing to do will skill, mostly luck. Hs's a sub atm, so why when better players come in whould he be more than further down the pecking order?
