I saw a video called the back story of the Handforth meeting or something which said that Cheshire East council had asked the Jackie woman to call a meeting about a councillor who hadn’t turned up for x number of meetings therefore disqualifying herself and triggering a by election. The Chair and Vice Chair (the ones she threw out) wouldn’t agree to the by-election so they called in Jackie Weaver!
