Lineker reminder Crap Alan 1 and Crap Alan 2 of their inane anti-Mario comments, then pointed out his achievements in this tournament and his list of honours at club level (pointing out that he'd achieved it all by the age of 21). Hansen mumbled some gibberish about him only being a good player if he scores 10 hat-tricks next season, and Shearer back-tracked, giving it, "Oh, oh, I er, I meant he hasn't achieved anything at international level yet. Yes, that's what I meant. I think".
