Hansen, Lawrensen and Shearer bring shame on the BBC

The big cats at the BBC don't give two shits if you write to them all day complaining. All they care about is the wage packet they get.

It's a disgraceful way to treat the "customer" but they know they can get away with it.

Don't waste your time and effort complaining, You will get no where.

I disagree. Surely it's better to at least have a go than sit back and meekly surrender to this verbal onslaught of one of our players?

At the very least we'll have made the f*ckers aware of our feelings.

Completely agree. The BBC are obligated to take complaints seriously.

What makes you think they do? Yes they are obligated to do so but do you seriously think they will? A few people emailing them about the incident won't change nothing. Maybe if the club did, it would be a different matter altogether.

BBC Sport are well aware that Balo has been singled out and your emails have been noted. Can you imagine the fallout if they agree that their A list presenters are racist? They will DENY THAT ALL DAY LONG which is why MCFC, The PFA, MP's, KIck It Out and others need to challenge them. Emails from fans like us will NEVER make them admit to racism.

Surely, someone from within the club has seen these airings. I think they should be the ones that should file a complaint, if they deem it necessary.

Better still, Mario himself should be allowed to see the footage and things said about him. Maybe he is the best person to decide if anything should be done about it.

On the other hand, he might not give two hoots. Just a thought.

Mario clearly does give two hoots as he was quite upset when interviewed after the QPR game that people were bad-mouthing him. What Lawrenson said was outrageous and probably also defamatory. Defamation is generally defined as "...statements that tend to lower him in the estimation of right thinking members of society generally".

I would hope the club are involved. I know they try to take a low-key approach to the media but this is one of those times where they need to be much more aggressive.

No one ever achieved anything buy sitting back and accepting things as they are. It was obvious something had been said about this subject to Lineker by the way he tried to play down Hansens comments before the final, so carry on complaining and do not accept the first reply you receive ask for clarity on specific points.

I meant bothered enough to do anything about it himself. Everyone has had stuff said about them at some point. Obviously, with Mario being in the public eye things are seen by more people, which in turn, means more people have things to say. I don't condone any of the pundits or things said about him. Saying that, many on here have given their two tuppence worth when he has had issues in the past.

I just think that if Mario himself had a problem with it, he would probably address it himself. Joe public sending in a few complaints won't make a jot of difference.

Because they are regulated by OFCOM. Will they sack Hansen, Lawrenson and Shearer? I doubt it, but if enough complaints are made, they will be under the spotlight from the bosses at the BBC.
