Yes so why are they tracking 86 people around the world and why are their a handful of cases related to it on several different continents?

It has a 2-8 week incubation period and dozens got off, went to an airport, mixed with thousands. We’ve absolutely no idea how contained it is or isn’t. The last thing we actually need to worry about is the ship.
