Happy Birthday 2 the most skilful player to grace the blue shirt in over 32 years of watching my team , add 2 that he still as the best ever 1 man show which was a pleasure 2 watch against Newcastle 3 3 in 96

Gio equals God

MCFC OK

Gio at his best (his first season at City) would have prospered among better quality players. He also wasn't helped by his fondness for the nightlife and fast cars which ended up impacting his fitness and so he really under achieved as a player relative to his ability.

Right player, wrong time, wouldn't getbin starting 11 now ahead of Nasri/Silva who both have better end product and work rate. He dos light up a shit period, the 3-3 against Newcastle was a masterclass but the other players were never on his wavelength

He would absolutely get in the side ahead of Nasri.

He'd be perfect in this team too.

A player before his time for us, truly a jewel among the cesspit that was Manchester City Football Club.

The closest thing to Silva we had in the past. Sublime player.

Head and shoulders above the rest of the team at the time, made worse by them almost doing as we fans did and stand watching him rather than playing football.

Wouldn't get into our current team but I'd have liked to see Ali B p-laying with Spanish Dave & Pogba.

Happy birthday Kinky you had a whole team on your back for a few years.
