Watched it on and off as a kid but could never really call myself a Trekie. Got to admit that Gene Roddenberry was certainly a visionary as regards the technology many of which have real world equivalents now but were impossible back in the day (however I don’t think we will ever see teleportation).
Let’s be honest though you can like or dislike Star Trek, but the multitalented William Shatner....that man is a god.
