You might want to actually engage in conversation with those whose views oppose your own.As a regular contributor to the forum, and a fan since 1968, I am looking at the forum tonight, and for large parts of last season, wondering how I can avoid becoming so utterly irritated by mindless comments. Apparently Rico is the least athletic player in the entire league, Cherki will have the flair taken from him, and Pep will ruin Omar Marmoush, just as three examples. Every single one of us feels a defeat, but does it really need to come with comments so devoid of sense or sporting insight because we didn't take away the points and have lost our heads?
It strikes me that you're 100% for City no matter what - as am I - but your loyalty to City seems to rule out any objective criticism of our players - I'm more than open to such and have criticized numerous in our squad - I think most often correctly - but sometimes I make huge errors in assessment of player potential (no one is perfect and when wrong I'll admit so).
We're not a perfect side. Our players are not uniformly best in the world. And we'd be better if our less able players were replaced by better counterparts.
Argue your points in favor of our current squad, subject to criticism. It's a give and take.
If you don't want to view any criticism whatsoever of any City player, then perhaps this forum isn't for you.
