Re: Redknapp not guilty

I agree with what your getting at, he is guilty as sin yet got of with a shameless defence.
Now we want this dodgy **** as manager.

Anyone seen The Wire? That episode where Clay Davis lies his way of a fraud charge? Reminds of this sneaky twat. His employer gives him money which he puts into a secret offshore account that he tells no one about and he claims it's a gift? If it was a fucking gift and thus tax exempt he should have been upfront about it and put it in his domestic account.
Seriously considering being non-English for international football purposes for a while.

shhheeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttt

Re: Redknapp not guilty

Well done Harry. Not guilty. Surprised there are so many football fans who have law degrees saying he was going down and had inside knowledge.

I have no idea if Harry was guilty or not,but is there an argument for trials of this nature to have specialist juries,i doubt your average member of the public fully understands the ins and outs of the tax laws no matter how much evidence is put before them.

More to the point, it would help greatly if the Crown Prosecution Service understood the tax laws to the degree where futile cases like this would never go to court in the first place.

This **** must feel like god this morning reading the papers and watching the news
