You think of the amount of money he has earned over the last 20 years, he must be worth millions upon millions and still tries to avoid paying tax on a couple of hundred grand. What a piece of shit.

You'd be surprised what juries believe.

Prosecution have to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt. The defence just have to sow enough seeds of doubt to generate some doubt.

The problem they both have is that 'Arry has already admitted in a previous statement that it was a "facking bonus". So, one is lying.

If it was the start of an investment portfolio and with no proof being presented that it was a loan that had to be repaid then it's still got to be classified as unearned inome and liable to tax. If it was a bonus then it's earned income and liable to tax - either way to my mind I will be absolutely incredulous if they get away with this.

Mandaric is trying to drop twitcher in it by making it "not an official payment" which under law, as the employer he should have paid PAYE on it. 'Arry is trying to claim it was a bonus and as such it should have been paid with PAYE deducted and use his "I'm terrible with money" excuse as to why he didn't find out no PAYE had been paid.

They are both blatantly fucking lying (ffs, who opens an account in a tax haven in the name of their dog unless they are doing something dodgy!), and if found guilty, will hopefully have the fucking book thrown at them when the judge takes their outright perjury in court into account.

I have friends on the south coast so believe me when I tell that this guy is one disliked individual, his persona is purely media motivated init it Arry!!
How can this guy ever be considered as England’s next manager when his some total of silverware as player and manager consist of 1 FA cup win for Portsmouth, beyond me although the initials FA can stand for another reason!.
I would text this to “Arry” but apparently he does not know how to text, write emails, or letters poor guy.
