id love City to sign him, but why would spurs sell? He’s arguably the best player in their history, just entering his prime and tied in for years on a big contract. I don’t see levy selling for anything less than £150m and based on our history of signings we wouldn’t pay that.

No matter what anyone says, Levy will only let Kane go if it's in the best interest of Spurs. I think the 'not for sale at any price' was directly aimed at Chelsea, they wouldn't have sold Modric to them unless they had gone to an absolute ludicrous number. So even then, not for sale at any price wasn't really true IMHO. For a club like Spurs, every player is for sale but they all have a number on their head. Levy consistently says he will do what's best for the economical future of the club first, and he won't verge from that in favour or trying to win things, that's his model.Completely different here mate.
