Harry Kane

We are spoiled now a days 120 million kane is better than haaland if haaland camp/ dortmund are not ready to sell in reasonable price. In the other hand lewy will sell if found reasonable price. He has sold walker, bale, modric in reasonable price at reasonable time.
Kane is not that injury prone and he is just 28. At least 5/6 years of his prime playing time left.

Haaland is the long term option(and my prefered one), but that doesn't make Kane a short term one

Lewandowski (32), Benzema (33), Ronaldo (36), Suarez (34), Immobile (31) are all in the top 5 goal scorers in their respective leagues

We'd get a world class option for 4/5 years...nothing 'short term' about signing Kane

100% agree with this, also the service Kane would get from KDB etc he would score plenty of goals, with pep also wanting basically 2 world class teams to compete in all comps, Kane would be a great signing. Look at Kanes stats as they stand now while playing for spurs!!! With Sergio going we defo need someone.

A fit Kane would, but in reality he is being held together by Blu-Tac. The intensity of our game, and the amount of games we play, he would be injured more often than not in my opinion.
 
Not keen on it and really don’t want to hand a spurs team on the brink of bankruptcy 120 mil.

Then again, someone will I suppose.
 
The problem is everyone wants Haaland. So much so that every other striker is shit. Kane is not shit he has got 22 goals and 13 assists in the premier league this season. Add that to this City team where KDB , Foden and Gundogan will be passing to him its curtains for the premier league.

Plus we rotate, Spurs dont have that luxary, Kane is not going to play every single game next season if he joins us.

Yes indeed for the right player though I think they deviate from the long term plan , I think mahrez was around the same age as Kane now when we signed him .
Generally we try and sign young players with potential but for the right player and price we would make an exception.

Not everyone wants haaland. Personally i have always seen Kane as the ideal option for many of the reasons you have posted above.

we have the best manager in the world for the next 5 seasons maximum imo. We must capitalise and give him the very best players we can. Once pep goes we will still be successful but not to this level. He has normalised the abnormal
