I have no idea. But the story is him not turning up for training, not that City have tabled a bid. You don't think £100 mill is a reasonable fee, but there's no evidence that was even offered, or even if any offer has been submitted at all yet.

Because he simply doesn't want to play for Tottenham anymore. He knows Tottenham aren't going to challenge for major trophies and wants to join a club that does.
There is no confirmation that the amount was actually £100m bid or any bid at all.

I think he’s world class and would break records in this City side. I'm not desperate to keep him, I just don't think he should be let go on the cheap. You have said it urself "he will break records for you" he's worth more than is being suggested. Where we end up has no bearing on what Kane is worth.
