The Pandorica Opened

I wonder if that figure includes add-ons. I have a feeling that £128m plus bonuses for things like the golden boot or winning the league is exactly the kind of agreement that will be reached after Kane reiterates his desire to leave next week. Spurs do have the upper hand in this negotiation, so I'd be surprised if Levy doesn't get a value of at least £140m out of it - the thought of which he will no doubt spend the rest of the year using as a substitute for Viagra while his club battles through the heady heights of the Europa Conference League.
If Kane accepts a new contract, it'll be because City have withdrawn from any higher fee. No chance of him having his head turned by a no-hope release clause and some higher wages at this point, for me. Down to City to bite the bullet and pay up, which this suggests they're doing. All good. Kane in sky-blue before the end of next week is my bet.
