Not sure a striker was the problem today.

It really was, aside pressing. When we're in possession passing side to side didn't work because Torres couldn't hold onto the ball at all centrally, got bullied too easy. So eventually you just have two wingers isolated and next to nothing creativity because they're more worried about retaining posession on either end of the pitch. A proper striker or false 9 in KDB or Bernardo hold on to the ball and keep it ticking. Sadly none of that today and then, obviously, piss easy counters for Spurs when there was a turnover.

It's going to be a long season. Seriously if we don't sign a striker, this window would be catastrophic. Not signing a player on the position we need the most reinforcement in... Just don't city just don't even consider that.
