I would be more inclined to think Bernardo leaving City would be a step forward in the Kane pursuit if their is £20m-£30m in the difference, We are the ones who need to stump up the cash.Guess the thought there is that if there is some 20-30m in it, And they have no replacement, Levy might just decide to hold onto him.

Levy has a price on Kane and if that price isn't met by a club then Kane stays, No matter what else happens of incoming and out goings at Tottenham they want the value of Kane.
